摘　　要：陕西省农村中小学体育教师培训基地规模较小,发展不平衡;教师在职培训机会少;培训模式落后、实效性不强。建议建立教师继续教育法规,完善教师在职培训的有关配套政策;成立专门的农村中小学体育师资培训研究机构,调研不同时期农村中小学体育师资状况,根据他们的培训需求制定合适的培训方案。The paper studies current training status of physical education teachers in Shannxi rural compulsory education and shows some problems such as：smaller training scale, unbalanced development, limited training opportunity and backward training mode etc. At last, the author puts forward some suggestions, for example, establishing regulations of teachers＇training, setting up training institution and formulating appropriate training programs.
