摘 要:逆向工程技术是实现机械产品设计及产品快速成型开发的重要手段。分析了国内外铸造工件的逆向工程原理,针对某车型薄壁复杂铸造零件特点,为了实现该复杂铸造零件的国产化。通过运用双目视觉立体成像技术完成零件的点云数据采集,再通过不同的过滤算法过滤掉由于外界环境产生的误差点和坏点,再应用CATIA逆向模块的技术完成模型重构,最终得到薄壁复杂零件的实体模型。研究结果表明,该薄壁复杂零件能够实现国产化,大大减少了此类零件的生产成本和研发周期。Reverse engineering technology is a significant measure to realize the mechanical product design and rapid prototyping of product. According to the characteristics of one certain vehicle' s casting parts,this paper analyzes the reverse engineering principles for casting workpieces at home and abroad to realize the localization of the complex casting parts. The point cloud data is acquired by using three-dimensional imaging technique of binocular vision, error point and bad point coming from exterior environment are filtered by different filtering algorithm, and then the model reconstruction is finished by CATIA, finally the solid model of thin-wallod complicated parts is obtained. The results show that the thin-walled complicated parts can achieve localization, which greatly reduces the cost of production and the cycle of research and development.
