摘 要:目的了解男性重性精神病患者的生存质量状况,同时探讨与其相关的影响因素。方法采用精神病人生存质量问卷对200名男性重性精神病患者进行评价。结果 71.8%的患者生存质量总体评价为中等以上,生存质量的评价程度与社会维度得分呈正相关。不同的婚姻和职业状态的社会维度有统计学差异。患者对得到的支持的满意度与自我评价的程度呈正相关。25.6%的患者在生活中感到比较和非常孤独。74.9%的患者认为自己较易得到医疗服务。73.4%的患者认为自己患病后对家庭经济影响较小,90.3%的患者认为患精神病后自己的人际关系受到影响,83.1%的患者可以与周围病友交流有关精神病的体验、知识和遇到的问题。结论男性精神病患者的生存质量总体评价较高,与社会维度中的多个因素存在关系。Objective To study the life quality in male patients with severe psychiatric disease and to investigate its influencing factors. Methods 200 male patients with severe psychiatric disease were assessed with quality of life questionnaire for psychiatric patients (QOL-P). Correlation analysis was used to explore the influencing factors. Results Quality of life in 71.8% patients were above the average level. Score of quality of life was positively correlated with the score of social dimension of QOL-P. There were significant differences in score of social dimension between patients with different marital status, as well as different professional state. Degree of satisfaction with support was positively correlated with the score of self-evaluation. 25.6% of the patients felt lonely in their daily life. 74.9% of the patients thought it was easy to get medical service. 73.4% of patients reported their family economy were affected slightly by the disease. 90.3% of patients reported their interpersonal relation were affected seriously by the disease. 83. 1% of patients reported they had chances to communicate with other patients about disease experience, knowledge of psychiatric disease and the problems they encountered. Conclusion The general assessment of quality of life is at a high level in male psychiatric patients. It is related with several factors in the social dimension.
