摘　　要：创业团队胜任力的概念是近年来学术界提出的一个新概念,目前对该概念的测评还没有成熟量表。因此,基于量表开发的基本流程,通过文献资料回顾、半结构化访谈、预调查和正式调查,开发出一套创业团队胜任力的测评量表;并通过对量表的信度、内容效度、收敛效度和区分效度的检验,表明量表质量较好,可以为相关研究提供参考。The entrepreneurial team＇ s competency is a new concept proposed by academia. Now there is no tully developed scale to evaluate this concept. Therefore, based on the basic development process of scale, a set of entrepreneurial team＇ s competency scale is worked out through literature review, semi-structured interview, presurvey and a formal investigation. The test of reliability, content validity, convergent validity and differential validity of scale indicates that the scale with good quality can provide a reference for the related research.
