摘　　要：在图书馆总分馆制的研究中,基层馆员一直是个盲点。为了了解基层馆员的自身状况,2010年,南开大学信息资源管理系徐建华教授团队与萧山图书馆合作,对萧山区公共图书馆服务连锁体系中的基层馆员进行了系统调研,以期掌握他们对社会环境评价、主观幸福感受、工作满意度、组织承诺和快乐感受的时间历程等方面的真实情况,为更好地发挥他们的作用提供借鉴,同时对影响基层馆员自我感受的因素进行了分析。There is no doubt that the community librarian is a very important component of the community library. But, very few scholars have paid attention to this group. It is really necessary to get to know the status of the community librarians. There are five parts, namely the individual information, the happiness-index investigation, the job satisfactory investigation, the organization commitment investigation and the process of joy.
