摘　　要：在"萧山区公共图书馆服务连锁体系基层馆员自我感受调查"的样本中共有114名男性基层馆员,他们在诸多方面都呈现出了明显异于女性的特征,在进一步研究中总结了他们的人口学特征,剖析了他们的主观幸福感受、工作满意度和组织承诺程度,并将之与女性基层馆员进行了详细对比,最终获得了对男性基层馆员心理特征的认知,希望借此为推动男性基层馆员人力资源建设提供参考。It is found that the male community librarians are not happy. So it is necessary to figure out how they feel by themselves, if they are satisfied with their jobs and the level of their loyalty to their organization. Comparing the male community librarians with the female ones is believed to be a very effective method. 114 male community librarians coming from Xiao Shan District join in the research as objects.
