摘 要:目的:探讨ERG基因与胃癌易感性的关系及其临床意义。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR技术分别检测120例胃癌组织和120正常胃黏膜组织中ERG基因的表达量。结果:ERG基因在胃癌组织中的表达较正常胃黏膜组织明显增高(P<0.001);ERG基因的表达在T4、T3、T2、T1胃癌组织中表达呈下降趋势(P=0.006),在N3、N2、N1、N0胃癌中表达亦呈下降趋势(P=0.017)。结论:ERG基因表达的上调增加胃癌的易感性,并且与胃癌的局部浸润范围和淋巴结转移有关。Objective To explore the association between ERG gene and gastric cancer susceptibility, as well as its clinical significance. Methods qRT-PCR was used to detect ERG gene expression in gastric cancer tissues from 120 patients and in 120 samples of normal gastric nmcosa tissues. Results The expression of ERG gene was significantly higher in gastric cancer tissues than in normal gastric mucosa tissues (P 〈 0.001 ) ; the expressions of ERG gene at stages T4, T3, T2, and T1 gastric cancer tissues showed a downward trend (P = 0.006), so did they at stages N3, N2, N1, and NO (P = 0.017). Conclusion ERG gene upregulation increases the susceptibility of gastric cancer, and is correlated with local invasion extent and lymph node metastasis.
