摘  要:[目的]建立小麦粉和大米粉中氯啶菌酯的液相色谱检测方法。[方法]样品经乙腈提取,过滤,C18柱净化。采用高效液相色谱检测,色谱柱:SunFire C18柱;流动相:乙腈-水(体积比70:30);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:234 nm;进样量:10μL。[结果]该方法在小麦粉和大米粉中添加0.05、0.1、0.5 mg/kg三个不同水平,回收率分别为77.6%~103%和92.2%~99.6%。[结论]该方法满足农药残留检测的要求。[Aims] The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established for analyzing the chloropiperidine ester in wheat flour and rice flour. [Mothods] Samples were firstly extracted by acetonitrile and then homogenized, filtrated, finally purified by C18 column. The experiment was carried on SunFire C18 column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (70 : 30, by vol) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength and injection volume were set at 234 nm and 10 μL respectively. [Rosults] The recoveries of three different concentration (0.05, 0.1, 0.5 mg/kg) for chloropiperidine ester were between 77.6 to 103% and 92.2 to 99.6%, respectively. [Conclusions] This method met with the requirements of the pesticide residue detection.
