摘  要:通过乙酰基二茂铁与两种杂环胺(4-氨基安替比林,2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑)缩合合成了两种含二茂铁基的Schiff碱(a、b),产率分别为85.8%和72.6%,并通过IR、1HNMR及元素分析对其结构进行了确证。最后,将合成出的两种Schiff碱分别对3种细菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌)进行了初步抑菌实验,将其结果与非杂环类Schiff碱Fc-C(CH3)NC6H5=(c)的抑菌性能做了比较。结果表明,Schiff碱对上述3种细菌都有抑制作用,且抑菌效果随着Schiff碱浓度的增大而增强。此外,杂环类Schiff碱(a、b)对上述3种细菌的抑菌活性明显优于非杂环类Schiff碱(c)。In this paper, two Schiff bases (a and b) of acetylferrocene and two heterocyclic amines (4- aminoantipyrine,2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole) have been synthesized,and the rate of production was 85. 8% and 72.6% respectively. The structures of these two compounds were characterized by means of IR, I HNMR and elemental analysis. Finally,the primary antibacterial activity of these two compounds against three bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus ,Escherichia coli ,Bacillus subtilis) has been screened. The results were compared with the antibacterial activity of non-heterocyclic Schiff base Fc-C (CH3 )=NC6H5 (c). The final results indicate that Schiff bases exhibited antibacterial activity against these three bacteria, and the bacteriostatic effect was enhanced along with the increase of the Schiff bases concentration. In addition, the bacteriostatic activity of heterocyclic Schiff bases (a, b) against the above three kinds of bacteria is obviously superior to that of the non-heterocyclic Schiff base (c).
