摘　　要：领导力的研究视角有影响力视角、法理视角、情商视角、历史视角、执行视角、群体视角、内在动力视角、要素路径研究等多个视角和路径,呈现出多学科交融共进、多领域交叉互动的时代特征与潮流。领导力的研究必须上升到战略的高度,特别是聚焦于战略领导力研究这一关系顶层设计和人类命运共同体的战略高度。本文从领导力研究的导向之争中寻求领导力研究的创新路径,在对战略的领导理论脉络与概念分析基础上,探究战略领导力这一亟待深入研究的新视阈,并提出战略领导力的实践聚焦与维度研究。Lendership can be studied from perspectives of influence, law, EQ, history and execution, ect. The leadership study pre- sents multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary features and trend. Leadership studies must rise to the strategic height, especially focusing on the study of the relationship between strategic leadership of top level design and human destiny community strategic height. This arti- cle from the leadership research oriented battle for leadership research innovation path, in the strategic leadership theories and concepts on the basis of analysis of strategic leadership this urgent research new perspective, and puts forward the strategic leadership practice focusing and dimensions.
