摘  要:目的研究微格教学法在护理技能培训中的效果。方法将我院2011年新入院护士118名随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组使用微格教学方法,对照组使用常规教学方法。结果观察组护理人员的考试成绩明显高于对照组,自我效能感明显优于对照组。结论微格教学方法应用护理技能培训中,能够提高护理人员的护理技能考核成绩及其自我效能感。Objective To study the effects of micro-standard teaching in nursing skill training. Methods 118 new nurses were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given micro-standard teaching methods, and the control group was given conventional teaching methods. ResuRs The examination scores and self-efficacy in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The micro-standard teaching method can improve the nursing skills and self-efficacy of new nurses.
