水稻种子生活力四唑测定值与发芽率间的相关性

摘　　要：通过分别测定水稻种子的发芽率与生活力 ,计算二者间的相关系数为 r=0 .948,建立发芽率依生活力的回归方程是y=- 3.34+ 1.0 1x。应用回归方程依据生活力四唑测定值估算发芽率理论值 ,与相应的发芽试验结果作一致性假设测验 ,二者高度一致。Seed vigor and germination rate of rice are tested and the correlation coefficient is r=0.948, and a germination rate regressive equation by seed vigor, y=-3.34+1.01x is established in this paper. So we can estimate the germination rate of rice fastet and more accurately by this regressive equation by testing seed vigor.
