摘 要:为提高机构的刚度,在机构内部常会附加一些过约束结构,这些过约束结构在提高机构的刚度的同时会带来其力学分析时的静不定问题。对一种新型结构的肘杆式压力机进行了动态静力学分析,针对分析中存在的静不定问题,将机构分解为静定与静不定两个子机构,并通过将静不定子机构转化为一种等效机构,利用其运动约束方程最终确定出系统的变形协调方程。较之一般求解静不定问题的方法,该方法获得的变形协调方程形式上更加简洁且为线性方程,更加易于求解。In order to improve the rigidity of the mechanism, some extra constraint structures are attached in it while the statically indeterminate problem may be arised in analyzing the statics of the mechanism at the same time. The dynamic statics of a novel toggle press was analyzed. Aiming at the static indeterminate problem, the mecha- nism was divided into a statically determinate sub-mechanism and a statically indeterminate sub-mechanism, and the latter was also translated into an equivalent mechanism, by whose kinematic constraint equations, the deforma- tion coordination equation of the system was finally found. Compared with general approaches to solve the statically indeterminate problem, the deformation coordination equation obtained by this method has a simpler and linear form, which makes it easier to be solved.
