紫杉醇类化疗药物对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨紫杉醇类化疗药物对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者肺功能的影响。[方法]通过对29例晚期非小细胞肺癌应用紫杉醇类药物化疗患者化疗前后的肺功能进行检测，并与63例健康人进行对照。[结果]晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗前的肺通气及弥散功能指标明显低于正常对照组，与对照相比有显著性差异。紫杉醇类药物化疗后肺癌患者的肺通气功能指标无明显改变，但弥散功能指标较化疗前明显下降。[结论]晚期非小细胞肺癌患者存在肺功能的减退，肺癌患者应用紫杉醇类药物化疗化疗后患者弥散功能明显降低，紫杉醇类药物可能对肺癌患者肺功能产生损害，化疗前后应常规检查肺功能。[Objective] To explore the effect of toxol-bases chemotherapy on pulmonary function in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. [Methods]Pulmonary function in 29 patients with advanced NSCLC treated by taxol-based chemotherapy before and after chemotherapy was exmined, and compared with that in 63 healthy controls. [Results] Lung ventilation and diffusion capacity in patients with advanced NSCLC before chemotherapy were obviously lower than those in normal controls, and there was significant difference. Lung ventilation function parameters in lung cancer partiens after toxol-based chemotherapy had no onvious change, but diffusion capacity parameters obviously decreased compared with before chemotherapy. [Conclusion]The pulmonary function decreases in the patients with advanced NSCLC. Lung cancer patients have the obvious reduction in dufussion capacity after taxol-based chemotherapy. Taxol may have the damage on pulmonary function of lung cancer patients. Pulmonary function should be detected before and after chemotherapy.
