安装永久性瘤胃及十二指肠瘘管对奶牛生产性能、健康状况及营养物质表观消化率的影响

摘　　要：选取8头产奶量为(20.7±1.0)kg,体质量为(556.4±4.3)kg的头胎中国荷斯坦奶牛,其中4头安装有瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠瘘管(瘘管组),4头未安装瘘管(非瘘管组).2组奶牛饲喂相同日粮,饲养环境及饲养方式完全相同,试验期共5个月.结果表明:安装瘤胃及十二指肠瘘管对奶牛干物质采食量、产奶量及血液IgA、IgG、IgM的影响均不显著(P>0.05).非瘘管组奶牛乳蛋白的含量有高于瘘管组奶牛的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05),2组奶牛乳的乳脂肪、乳糖、非脂固形物和总固形物间差异不显著(P>0.05);安装瘤胃及十二指肠瘘管对奶牛的干物质、粗蛋白的消化率及氮的利用率均没有显著影响(P>0.05).说明安装瘤胃及十二指肠瘘管对奶牛的生产性能、健康状况及含氮物质表观消化率没有影响.Eight primiparity Chinese Holstein dairy cows with similar milk yield（20.7±1.0） kg and weight（556.4±4.3）kg were chosen for this experiment.Four of them（group 1） were fitted with abomasal cannulation and rumen catheterization.The other four were not fitted cannulas,assigned in group 2.All the cows were fed at the same way and the experiment lasted five months.The results showed that surgical modification of cows did not influence dry matter intake,milk production and concentration of IgA,IgM,IgG（P0.05） in blood.The concentration of milk protein in the cows without cannulas tended to be higher than those in group 2（P=0.08）,but no differences were observed in milk fat,lactose,non-fat milk solids and total milk solids（P0.05）.The digestibilities of DM and protein and the utilization of nitrogen were not affected by the surgery.In conclusion,abomasal cannulation and rumen catheterization had no effects on performance,health and nutrient digestion of cows.
