摘 要:用种子数量性状遗传模型对杂交早籼稻的直链淀粉含量性状进行了种子、细胞质和母体遗传效应与杂种优势分析,结果表明,直链淀粉含量主要受到种子遗传效应和母体遗传效应的控制,两种效应对提高杂交早稻组合直链淀粉含量具有相反的作用。直链淀粉含量的总平均优势主要由细胞质平均优势和母体平均优势共同构成,以母体平均优势所产生的效应为主,总超亲优势由种子超亲优势和母体超优势共同构成,以母体超亲优势所产生的效应为主。An analysis of amylose content was conducted based on the genetic models of seed quantitative traits for the genetic effects and heterosis in three-line early season Indica hybrid rice(Oryza sativa L.).The results were as follows:amylose was mainly controlled by seed and maternal genetic effect,and the two effects had the opposite effect on the amylose content of the early season hybrid combinations.The total average superiority of amylose content was constituted by average superiority of cytoplasm and the maternal parent,and mainly by the effect produced by the average superiority of the maternal parent.The total heterobeltiosis of amylase content was constituted by the heterobeltiosis of seed and maternal parent,and mainly by the effect produced by the heterobeltiosis of maternal parent.
