胸腔灌注铜绿假单胞菌制剂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察胸腔灌注铜绿假单胞菌制剂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法将58例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各29例。治疗组予胸腔灌注铜绿假单胞菌制剂治疗,对照组予胸腔灌注顺铂(DDP)治疗。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔灌注铜绿假单胞菌制剂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效明显,不良反应轻,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of thoracic infusion of pseudomonas aeruginosa agent in malignant pleural effusion.Methods 58 cases patients with malignant pleural effusion were divided into treatment group and control group,each of 29 cases.Treament group were given thoracic infusion of pseudomonas aeruginosa preparation,and control group were given thoracic cavity infusion of DDP.Compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the adverse resction rate of treatment group was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of thoracic infusion of pseudomonas aeruginosa preparation in malignant pleural effusion is significant,and the adverse reaction is mild.
