摘  要:故障诊断技术是上世纪中后期发展起来的一门新技术,随着数控技术在制造领域的广泛使用,数控机床的故障诊断受到了越来越多相关研究人员的关注。本文提出了一套可行的数控机床远程故障诊断系统的设计方案,并以FANUC 0i-D数控系统为例,结合计算机通信、数据库等技术建立了数控机床远程故障诊断系统。该系统分为客户端和服务器端,客户端发出诊断命令,服务器端执行诊断任务,将诊断结果信息通过Intemet发送到客户端并显示。系统对比机床正常工作时的状态信息与发生故障时的得到的诊断状态信息,以确定故障位置及原因。通过实例表明,本文所提出的远程故障诊断系统的设计方案是有效可行的,对机床故障的定位起到了一定作用。Fault diagnosis is a new technology that stemmed from the last middle century, as the wild use of CNC Machine Tools in the Manufacture field, Fault diagnosis attracts more and more attention from researchers working in this field. In this paper, based on a critical analysis we proposed a system design for the remote fault diagnosis of CNC Machine Tools. The detailed diagnosis methods and the example of how to build a remote fault diagnosis based on FANUC controller are given in this paper. The system that has two parts: remote client and server and many technologies such as computer communication and database are incorporated into it. The workflow of the system is that client sends diagnosis command, and then servers executes it and sends the diagnosis result to client through internet. The system is proved to be effective in remote fault diagnosing through a fault example of CNC machine tools.
