摘　　要：异化犯罪是剥削思想在经济生活中的表现以及政治生活上维护剥削关系的行动。对异化犯罪的研究应当包括现象论、原因论和防治论。异化犯罪在我国政治生活领域和经济建设领域广泛存在,并成为我们构建社会主义和谐社会的一个重大障碍。对构成异化犯罪原因的因素的分析也就是对异化犯罪原因的认识,在异化犯罪发生的过程中可以探寻异化犯罪原因的整体面貌。发展中出现的问题必须通过进一步发展才能彻底解决,因此,防治异化犯罪,就要逐步破除产生异化犯罪的政治和经济条件,消解异化犯罪滋生的文化土壤,并且通过审美教育和审美体验,复归人性的健全。Crime alienation is the phenomenon of exploitive ideas reflected in economic life and the mainte- nance of the exploitive relations. Study on the alienation of crime involves research on the phenomenon, the cause and the prevention of such crimes. Crime alienation exists in political and economic life, and consists a big obstacle in the construction of a harmonious society. Analysis on factors resulted in alienation helps the recognition of its causes, and helps with a comprehensive understanding. The prevention of crime alienation lies in the breaking through of political and economic conditions, the uprooting of the cultural background, and the perfection of human nature by ways of aesthetic education, etc.
