摘 要:房水动力学研究主要研究房水生成、房水经小梁网和葡萄膜巩膜途径排出的阻力等,这些参数决定了眼压高低。近年来,随着对青光眼、高眼压症发生机制研究的不断深入,房水动力学差异变化重新得到关注。黑种人较白种人有较薄的角膜,这可能对房水动力学参数有一定影响。随着年龄增长,前房容量、房水流动率、葡萄膜巩膜途径房水流动率有不同程度下降。高眼压症患者眼压升高的主要原因是房水流畅系数和葡萄膜巩膜途径房水流动率的下降。色素播散综合征及剥脱综合征等眼病也均有眼压升高、房水流畅系数下降等房水流动系数的改变。The aqueous humor dynamics involves the aqueous humor formation and outflow resist- ances through the trabecular meshwork and uveoseleral pathways. All those parameters including coefficient of outflow facility, aqueous outflow, uveoscleral outflow take part in determining the level of the intraocular pressure. The aqueous humor dynamics attract more attention nowadays with the progressions in understand- ing the mechanisms of glaucoma and ocular hypertension. The thinner corneas of the Black patients may be masking potential differences in aqueous humor dynamics between the Black and White subjects with glauco- ma. The healthy aging eyes have reduced anterior chamber volume, reduced aqueous flow and uveoseleral outflow. The increased intraocular pressure in ocular hypertension is caused by a reduction in coefficient of outflow facility and uveoscleral outflow. Patients with pigment dispersion syndrome and with exfoliation syn- drome experience higher intraoeular hypertension and lower coefficient of outflow facility as well.
