摘　　要：乳品生产传统的清洗方式耗时费力,产品质量难以达到要求,根据我国乳品行业现状,研究设计了新型CIP原位清洗控制系统,介绍了系统的结构和工艺流程,最后介绍了该系统在实践中的应用.The traditional cleaning procedures of dairy production require large efforts and time consuming, and at the same time the products＇ qualities can hardly reach the requirements. This article researches and designs the new CIP in place cleaning control system, after studying the current condition of the dairy industry in China. and introduces the system structures and working processes of CIP, and finally introduces the application of CIP system in actual production.
