摘　　要：本文在国有企业技术创新机制调查资料基础上 ,分析了重庆市国有企业研究与开发活动的障碍因素及其形成原因 ,并提出相应对策与建议。On the basis of the investigation of the mechanism in state enterprise's technological innovation, this paper analyses the barriers of the technological innovation in the state enterprises in Chongqing and their causes. This paper also proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to get rid of the barriers.
