摘　　要：农林院校图书馆具有自身的特点,与其他综合性高校图书馆相比存在一定差异。介绍了农林院校图书馆员队伍的现状,分析了农林院校图书馆对馆员队伍的素质要求,提出了农林院校图书馆员队伍建设的途径。The library of agricultural and forestry university has its own characteristics, and has some differences comparing with other libraries of comprehensive universities. This paper introduces the present situation of librarian team of the library of agriculture and forestry university, analyzes the requirements of the library of agriculture and forestry university for librarian team, and puts forward some paths for the construction of librarian team of the library of agriculture and forestry university.
