子宫内膜癌中E2F-1和Survivin的表达及相关性

摘　　要：目的检测子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Survivin的表达情况并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例子宫内膜癌、32例正常子宫内膜组织中E2F-1和Survivin的表达。结果子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Survivin阳性表达率分别为58%(35/60)和55%(33/60),明显高于正常子宫内膜组织0、0(P均<0.05)。两者的表达与肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及病理分期有关(P均<0.05);在子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1表达和Survivin两者之间表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 E2F-1和Survivin在子宫内膜癌呈高表达,且与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关。Objective It is to detect the expression of E2F-1 and survivin in endometrial carcinoma,and approach its significance.Methods The expressions of E2F-1 and survivin in 60 patients with endometrial cancer and 32 cases of normal endometrial tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P.Results The positive expression rates of E2F-1 and survivin were 58 %（35/60） and 75%（45/60） respectively,which were significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissue（P0.05）.All of their expressions were related with myometrial invasion,lymph node metastasis,clinical grade and pathological stage（P0.05）.In endometrial carcinoma,the expressions of E2F-1 and survivin were positively correlated with each other（P0.05）.Conclusion E2F-1 and survivin shows highly expression in endometrial cancinoma,and their expressions were related with the development and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
