新医改背景下地方医学院校加强公共卫生服务职能的思考

摘　　要：地方医学院校既承担了教学科研的职能,又承担着提供医疗服务的职能。新医改方案提出了加强社区卫生服务体系建设和深入医疗卫生管理体制改革的内容,这将有利于实现地方医学院校职能的转变,强化其公共卫生服务的职能。地方医学院校应顺应改革需求,采取积极融入地方医疗卫生管理体系、加大社区卫生服务力度的策略。Local medical colleges assume the functions of teaching, research and medical service. New Medical Reform puts forward the views of strengthening the construction of community health service system and the reform of medical and health management system. The views are helpful to realize the transformation of local medical college functions and strengthen the public health service function. Local medical colleges should comply with the reform demands, and take the strategies of blending in the medical and health management system and increasing service strength for community health.
