摘  要:长期以来,高校思政课一味强调道德品质的立场素质教育,却忽视了支撑这一教育实施的基础,即理论素养教育的建设。这样的道德品格教育就变成了单纯的"输血"活动,这样是不利于青年学生政治智慧和道德能力主体化的健康发展的。"授人以鱼,不如授人以渔",高校思政课更应该成为提升学生思维的"造血"过程。它不仅要有"入世"的立场教育,还应更突出"经世"的超越教育。这样的教育就是理论素养教育,它是通过对学生思维智化教育而增强德化效果的过程,它包括问题素养、逻辑素养、方法素养和反思素养四个基本教育维度。The ideological and political theory course in university emphasizes moral character position in quality education, but neglects to support the education foundation, namely the theory accomplishment education construction for a long time. Such moral character education becomes a mere "blood transthsion" activity. It is not beneficial to the young students' political wisdom and morality subject accomplishment health development. Based on the philosophy that giving a man a fish or teaching him how to fish , we should aim to improve students' thinking "hematopoiesis" process in college Ideological and political theory course. Great importance should not only be attached to "going to society" education, but also to prominent "statecraft" beyond education. Such education is based on the theory of quality education, which is a process to enhance moral effect by thought intellectualization education for students. It is on four basic dimensions of literacy education, including these attainment for solving problems, for logical thinking, for methodology and for introspection.
