乳腺癌Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期患者保乳手术治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨保乳手术治疗乳腺癌Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期患者的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2008年5月至2012年5月我院进行保乳手术治疗的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患63例的临床资料,分析其手术方法及其疗效。结果所有病例均随访6～48个月(平均27个月)。63例患者中,死亡2例,余无并发症发生。按照Rose采用的乳房美容评定标准进行评价,优36例(57.1%),良好25例(39.7%),差2例(3.2%),总满意率96.8%。结论对I期、Ⅱ期的乳腺癌患者,有保乳手术指征的,尽量行保乳手术治疗,术后进行放疗、化疗治疗和内分泌治疗等综合治疗,不仅可以治疗肿瘤,而且保留了患者身体的完整性,提高了患者的生活质量;保乳手术是治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期乳腺癌比较理想的方法 。Objective To explore the curative effect of breast-conserving surgery in the treatment of breast cancer at stage I and I1. Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with stage I and U breast cancer in our hospital from May 2008 to May 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. The operation method and curative effect were analyzed. Results All the cases were followed up for 6 - 48 months （mean 27 months）. Among 63 cases, 2 patients died, and no complications occurred in other cases. According to the Rose＇s breast beauty evaluation standard, 36 cases （57.1%） were excellent, 25 cases （39.7%） were good, and 2 cases （3.2%） were poor, with the total satisfactory rate of 96.8%. Conclusions For stage I and II breast cancer patients with breast-conserving surgical indications, it may be possible to perform breast-conserving surgery. The postoperative comprehensive therapies such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy can not only treat the tumor, but also keep the integrity of the patient＇s body and improve the patients＇ life quality. Breast-conserving surgery is an ideal treatment for patients with stage I and II breast cancer.
