摘　　要：回顾现代大学制度从概念形成到上升为政府政策这一历史进程,可以发现我国现代大学制度建设原则为世界通例与中国特色相结合,路径上自上而下为主导与自下而上相结合,内容上以大学"去行政化"和完善大学内部治理结构为重点。Reviewing the process of concept formation of the modern university institution and its becoming a policy in China, we can find that combination of the general practice in the world and the Chinese characteris- tics is the principle for the construction of modern university institution in China; the way of its construction is both up-bottom and bottom-up; and the key aspects include ＂de-administralization＂ and the improvement of internal management structure.
