西部农村地区乡村医生工作满意度相关因素的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解西部农村地区乡村医生工作满意度现状,分析影响乡村医生满意度的影响因素,为西部农村卫生事业的发展提供参考建议。方法:2011年5月至11月课题组通过调查问卷对西部农村地区100名乡村医生进行现场调查,并对其中部分人员进行深入访谈,用SPSS软件描述与分析满意度相关指标。结果:西部农村地区乡村医生平均满意度得分为3.26,得分最高的满意度维度是人际关系(3.92分),得分最低的是报酬与社会承认(2.45分)。宁夏固原乡村医生平均满意度得分较云南镇雄和四川康定偏低。结论:提高西部农村地区乡村医生的工作满意度需要根据各地区实际情况综合考虑不同满意度维度对其产生的影响。Objective To explore the status of satisfaction on job of county doctors in rural Western China, analyze its influen- cing factors ,and provide suggestions for the development of health services in rural Western China. Methods 100 cases of rural doctors from rural Western China were surveyed with questionnaire from May to Nov. 2011. And parts of them were studied with in-depth interview. Data were analyzed with software of SPSS. Results The score of general satisfaction on job of county doctors in rural Western China was 3.26. The dimension of satisfaction with the highest score was human relation,which had a score of 3. 92. And the dimension of satisfaction with the lowest score was remuneration and social admittance, which had a score of 2.45. The score in Guyuan of Ningxia was higher than those of Zhenxiong of Yunnan and Kangding of Siehuan. Conclusion Different di- mensions of satisfaction should be comprehensively considered to improve the degree of satisfaction on job of county doctors in ru- ral Western China.
