扶正祛邪法联合FOLFOX-6化疗方案治疗晚期结直肠癌68例

摘　　要：根据肠癌晚期正气消残,邪气侵凌,全身状况明显衰弱的病因病机,以扶正祛邪的原则组方用药联合FOLFOX-6化疗方案治疗晚期结直肠癌68例,经治疗后,结果显示:临床症状、生存质量及3年生存率均有不同程度改善,总有效率为86.75%。According to symptoms of advanced colorectal cancer patients with advanced zhengqi eliminating residual, each tablet encroach and pathogenesis of systemic situation weaker, the principle of fuzheng quxie prescription medication combined with FOLFOX - 6 treated 68 cases of advanced colorectal cancer. The results showed that clinical symptoms, quality of life and the 3 - year survival rates have different degrees of improvement, total effective rate of 86. 75%.
