摘 要:百吨级以上的电动轮矿用自卸车的轮边减速器多采用二级或三级行星齿轮减速机构。同一轮边减速器不同级减速机构、不同吨位矿车使用的轮边减速器在结构及功能上都有很大的相似性。为了能够以尽可能快的速度和尽可能低的成本为客户提供满足其个性化、多样化需求的轮边减速器,应用模糊聚类法对电动轮矿用自卸车轮边减速器的主要部件进行划分,并应用MATLAB得到轮边减速器的模糊聚类图,对其进行了面向产品族的设计,具有实际的应用价值。Two-stage or three-stage planetary wheel reducers are widely used in electric mining dump trucks of hundreds tonnage loading. Each stage in the same planetary wheel reducer has significant similarity in the structure and function, and wheel reducers used in electric mining dump trucks with different nominal loading do also. To provide clients with the wheel reducers meeting their personalized and diversified needs at the lowest cost as quickly as possible, the main components of the various nominal loading of wheel reducers were grouped using the fuzzy clustering method. In addition, the fuzzy clustering graphs were figured out by using MATLAB, so as to achieve the product family design of wheel reducers. The method had actual application value.
