摘　　要：目的总结全自动染色封片工作站的使用体会。方法设定程序,利用全自动染色封片对常规石蜡切片进行染色封片,并分析结果。结果 HE染色均匀,对比清晰。结论 Leica全自动染色封片工作站操作简单,染色效率提高,效果稳定,改善工作环境。Objective To summarize the experiences in using Leica Fully Automated Staining/Coverslipping Workstations. Methods Used of Leica Fully Automated Staining/Coverslipping Workstations.in accordance with established protocols for routine paraffin section for automatically staining and mounting, and analyses the results. Results Hema toxylin-eosin （HE） staining evenly and clear contrast. Conclusion Leica Fully Automated Staining/Coverslipping Work stations has the advantages of simple operation, efficiency staining, stable effect, and improve the working environment.
