摘　　要：对于上市公司监督机制的完善是学术界和实务界讨论的热点话题。分析了中国上市公司中监督机制的不足,强调要结合中国实际环境进行监督机制的建设,并在分析论述的基础上提出了几点建议。The perfection of listed company＇s supervision mechanism is a hot topic discussed by the academic circle and the practice circle. This paper analyzes some shortages of he Supervision Mechanism of China＇s Listed Companies, emphasizes that the construction of supervision mechanism should be carried out connected with China＇s reality, and puts forward some suggestions based on the analysis and discussion.
