摘 要:目的:测定川产柑橘属不同品种成熟果皮中柠檬苦素的含量。方法:采用RP-HPLC测定柠檬苦素的含量。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈:水=42:58;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:215 nm。结果:柠檬苦素在0.3352~3.2682μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=638412X+41961(r=0.9992),平均回收率为98.27%,RSD为1.79%(n=6)。结论:该方法灵敏、准确,适用于柑橘类成熟果皮中柠檬苦素的含量测定。Objective:To determinate the content of limonoids in varieties of mature citrus peel in Sichuan.Methods:A reversed phase HPLC method was established to determinate the content of limonoids.The samples were analyzed on C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase of acetonitrible-H2O(42:58) at the detection wavelength of 215 nm,the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1 and column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The linear range was from 0.3352 to 3.2682μg for limonin with regression equation as:Y=638412X+ 41961(r=0.9992).The average recovery was 98.27 % with RSD of 1.79 %(n=6).Conclusion:It proved that the process is sensitive and accurate,and can be used to determine the contents of limonoids in mature citrus peel.
