摘　　要：风温作为中医病名,含义丰富,包括了很多现代医学的流行性急病如非典、流行性腮腺炎、急性上呼吸道感染等。了解风温的概念有利于深化我们对风温的认识,更好的指导临床。风温的概念形成经过了漫长的岁月,风温的古代含义和现代含义有很大的区别,以时间为线索可初探其变化之端倪。Wing-warm（Feng Weng）is regarded as the name of disease of Chinese medicine which meaning is abundant,including the epidemic diseases of modern medical science such as SARS,mumps,acute infection of the upper respiratory tract etc.To know Feng Weng concept helps to deepen our understanding of Feng Weng,better clinical guidance.The concept of Feng Weng has been formed and passed long years,there are great differences in ancient meaning and modern meaning.Regarding time as the clue,we can sense their changes for the first beginning.
