中医“五神”理论在身心类疾病中的应用探析

摘　　要：随着社会进步和人们健康意识水平的不断提高,抑郁症、焦虑症、失眠症、痴呆等身心类疾病的发病率逐年增高,危害极大,但目前尚缺乏适用于此类疾病的辩证体系。基于此,我们追本溯源,深入挖掘了中医"五神"理论。"五神"是中医学中关于人类精神、心理活动及认知的古老学说,虽淹没已久,但却具有极其重要的应用价值。我们的研究对于发展中医基础理论,开辟全新的适用于身心类疾病辨证体系,指导临床治疗具有重要的理论和临床实践意义。With the social progress and people health awareness levels rising,depression,anxiety,insomnia,dementia and the incidence of mental and physical diseases increased year by year.They do great harm,but there is no applicable to such diseases of the dialectical system.Based on this,we dig deeper into traditional Chinese medicine ＂Wu Shen＂ theory.The ＂Wu Shen＂ theory in traditional Chinese medicine is five on the human spirit,mental activities and cognitive theory of old,although submerged already for a long time,but it is extremely important application value.Our research to the development of the basic theory of TCM,open up new applicable to physical and mental disease syndrome differentiation system,guide clinical treatment has the important theoretical significance and clinical practice.
