创意警务的内涵及其实现路径探析

摘　　要：创意警务是指创意警务主体发挥主观能动性,创新思维,创造性地解决警务难题的实用高效的活动。在当前社会改革和公安工作创新发展的前提下,依托创意学的背景,对创意警务的内涵和特点进行剖析,旨在此基础上力求探究创意警务实现的基本路径,进而提出坚持"服务"理念、着力创意人才的培育、健全奖励激励机制、构建平台整合社会资源等相关建议。Creative policing refers to the practical and efficient activities in which the subjects ot creattve pollcmg take subjective initiative, innovative thinking, creatively solve difficult police problems. Under the premise of the current social reform and policing innovation, this paper analyses the connotations and characteristics of creative policing, then explores its realizing routes and puts forward some suggestions, such as adhering to the ＂service＂ concept, focusing on the cultivation of creative talents, improving the reward incentive mechanism, constructing a platform to integrate social resources and so on.
