摘　　要：目的比较民族音乐及西洋音乐对手术室护士心理状态的影响。方法对34名手术室护士进行音乐干预,干预时间为5周。第1周和第2周(第1阶段),护士听民族音乐;第3周为洗脱期;第4和第5周,护士听西洋音乐。采用SCL-90症状自评量表测评音乐干预前后手术室护士心理状态。结果音乐干预第1阶段和第2阶段,护士SCL-90各因子得分均低于常模,两两比较,均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论无论采用民族音乐或西洋音乐均有效改善手术室护士的心理状态。Objective To compare the influences of western music and folk music on nurses mental conditions in operating room. Methods 34 nurses from a surgical department received music intervention using two stage cross-over designs method. Nurses listened to folk music for the first two weeks. The third week was a period for blank music. Then 34 nurses listened to western music at weeks 4 and 5. Finally, the mental conditions were compared between pre- and post-intervention. Results There was no statistical difference between the first stage and the second stage. There was no statistical difference in the nurses＇ scores on factors of SCL-90 between the first and second stage （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Both western music and folk music can improve nurses＇ mental conditions and promote nurses＇ mental health.
