摘　　要：分析目前医院决策支持的现状,探讨影响决策支持技术应用与发展的主要问题,包括:医院领导的信息化知识;数据共享及数据质量问题;医院信息化相关标准;医院业务与管理的复杂性,决策支持人才缺乏,决策支持技术应用不够等,提出了基于问题的相应策略。Analysis of the status of the hospital decision support, and explore the main problems of the use and development of decision support technology, including： hospital leadership knowledge of information technology, data sharing and data quality, Hospital information technology standards lag, The complexity of clinic and management, Lack of decision-support personnel ,and decision technology is not enough etc. Corresponding strategies problem-based were made.
