Survey and Analysis of Undergraduates' Entrepreneurship in West-China's Minority Areas: Based on Nine Universities in Guizhou

摘　　要：贵州民族地区9所高校的抽样调查表明:大多数西部民族地区大学生对创业有一定的认识,具备一定的创业意识、素养和条件,但总体而言,创业环境的相对恶劣、创业资金和技术的缺乏、创业能力的不足、创业教育的相对匮乏等各种主客观方面的因素,导致西部民族地区大学生的创业风险较高,从而其创业意识较为薄弱。政府应采取多种措施改善大学生创业环境,大学生应转变就业观念、加强创业教育、提升创业素养,积极做好创业准备。Our survey of 9 universities in the minority areas of Guizhou shows that most undergradu- ates display some entrepreneurship, but faces high risks due to undesirable environment, lack of funds and technology and deficiency of entrepreneurship ability. It is argued that the government should pay much attention to improving this situation and that undergradu- ates should change their concept of employment, receive more education in entrepreneur- ship and make positive preparations for entrepreneurship.
