摘　　要：在"创新型国家"的目标下,优秀人才的能力培养问题前所未有地凸显了出来。本文总结了两位作者40余年从事人才能力培养的体验和理念,目的是促进优秀人才的成长。In the goal of ＂innovative country＂,the unprecedented ability to cultivate talents highlights.This paper summarizes two of more than 40 years＇ experience and ideas in the culture of human capacity,the purpose is to promote the growth of talents.
