摘　　要：教师职业压力是一个世界性课题,各国学者都在关注。由于我国教育改革的不断深化,教师的各个方面都承受着前所未有的压力,当然也包括教师的职业压力。本文主要对中学教师的职业压力进行研究,把影响中学教师职业压力的因素分成两大部分:外部因素和内部因素,进行分析,建议社会、学校和教师个人采取应对策略,以期能够对提高中学教师队伍建设有所帮助。Teachers＇ occupationalstressisa worldwide topic,the various countries＇ scholars pay attention to it.Because ourcountry education reform unceasing deepening, the teacher all aspects of under unprecedented pressure. Of course also includes teachers＇ occupational stress. This paper mainly to the middle school teachers＇ occupational stress, the high school teachers occupational stress factor is divided into two parts： external factors and internal factors and carry on the analysis.
