摘　　要：共青团作为党的助手和后备军,是党领导的先进青年群众组织,在目前高职院校学生团员青年占主体地位的条件下,团日活动是推进班级团支部建设的有效载体。团日活动要明确指导思想,合理设计活动主题,按计划分步组织实施。团日活动对增强班级团支部的凝聚力和向心力,培养高素质的团干队伍,充分发挥团员青年的先进性具有重要的引导作用。League activity is a League branch as a unit to carry out a series of theme, content is rich, good effect of the mis- sion of basic events, the main task is to strengthen the basic level construction, strengthen group of members of the political consciousness and organization idea, enhance the youth members of the political culture, cultivate their physical and mental health. League activity effectively, will further strengthen the ideological and political education of college students, to im- prove their comprehensive quality. As the mission of the organization of the traditional activities, community activities can take many forms, such as speech, debate, quiz, members of congress theme, simulated recruitment, volunteer service activi- ties, social gathering, campus phenomenon investigation, important festivals and memorial days topic activities.
