摘　　要：加强和改进大学生心理健康教育,是培养大学生具有良好的社会适应能力、健康身心的重要途径,也是促进大学生健康成长的重要举措。本文就当前高校心理健康教育基本情况,心理健康教育载体心理知识竞赛的使用和问题进行了分析,并就心理知识竞赛载体的认知功能、情感功能、意志功能、行为导向等功能的开发与利用进行了重点探讨。To strengthen and improve college students＇ psychological health education is to train students with good ability of social adaptation and mental health, which is important way to help the students grow up. This article, on one hand, made an analysis of the current situation of mental health education, and the misuse of the psychology knowledge contest in college, on another hand, had a focus on the development and utilization of cognitive function, emotional function, willing function, behavioral targeting function in the psychological knowledge contest.
