摘　　要：在我国,高校学生创业及其管理都是高校学生管理工作中的难点,虽然经过不断的发展,但大局面突破格局一直没有形成。文章从高校学生创业现状为切入点,探究高校学生创业现实困境的原因,并在此基础上,阐述高校学生创业的优势和走出困境的途径。In China, college students＇ entrepreneurship and its administration have always been a difficulty in the work of the college student management. In spite of a continuous development, there is no great breakthrough. Based on the present situation of college students＇ entrepreneurship, this paper explores the causes for the dilemmas of college students＇ entrepreneurship and on this basis, elaborates the advantages of college students＇ entrepreneurship and the ways to get out of the difficulties.
