摘  要:对轻武器用小型液压缓冲器进行了结构改进与优化研究,将原液压缓冲器流液口改为深浅变化的沟槽,利用三次样条曲线拟合流液沟槽轮廓,并利用MATLAB优化工具箱进行了优化,得出了优化的结构参数,改进后武器后坐力峰值下降54%,且变化更为平稳。The structure improvement and optimization study of small hydraulic buffer in small arms were carried out.The flow hole of original hydraulic buffer was changed into a groove with variable depth.The outline of the groove was created by means of cubic spline fitting curve.A set of optimized parameters were acquired by use of the optimization toolbox of MATLAB.After improvement,the peak value of the weapon recoil force decreases by 54% and the recoil variation is more smoothly.
