摘　　要：高校创新型人才培养的任务，是跟我国构建创新型国家战略有着紧密关系的。而高等院校的机械专业，在这一时代背景下，在培养创新型人才这一问题上，需要进一步加深教育教学改革，打破传统教育教学观念的束缚，进一步加深改革教学内容、教学手段和考试方法等等，在人才培养方式上争取有一个新突破，创造出一个可以让创新人才脱颖而出的良好氛围和环境。Innovative college personnel training task is to build an innovative country strategy has a close relationship with our country.
