摘　　要：环境低温导致的冷应激常引起动物生长缓慢、抗病性差,甚至死亡,是制约北方畜牧业发展的主要因素之一。文章综述了冷应激对家禽的影响及营养调控措施。Low temperature of environment can cause poultry cold stress, it will institute retarded growth, low resistance, even dead, is one of the main factors of restricting the animal husbandry development in northern of Chi- na. This paper reviewed the influence of cold stress to poulty and the measures of nutrition regulation.
