摘　　要：β-甘露聚糖酶是一种新型绿色饲料添加剂,其可以消除β-甘露聚糖的抗营养作用,促进动物对营养物质的消化吸收;其产物甘露寡糖能改善肠道微生物环境,提高动物免疫功能。文章从β-甘露聚糖酶的来源、理化性质、生物学结构、作用方式及应用等方面阐述饲用β-甘露聚糖酶的研究进展。β-mannanase is a kind of new green feed additive. It can eliminate the anti-nutrition role of mannan, enhance the digestion and absorption of nutrients in intestinal tract; mannan oligosaccharides can improve the microbial environment in intestinal tract, enhance animal immunity. The source, physical and chemical characteristics, biological structure, mode of action and application of theβ-mannanase were summarized in this paper.
