摘　　要：英语作为应用最为广泛的国际性语言,在人们的工作和生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用。熟练运用英语进行口头交流已成为现代人必备的一项基本素质。然而,目前我国大学英语口语的教学现状已严重阻碍了英语口语素质的培养。为了优化大学英语口语教学的效果,文章从学生、教师、教材三方面对大学英语口语教学现状进行了分析,并针对存在的问题提出相应的解决办法。English,as a widely used international language,is very important in our daily life and work. Fluent English has become one of the basic skills. However, the worse situation of spoken English teaching in China can provide fine quality of education at all. In order to im- prove the Spoken English education, analysis, concerning students, teachers, and teaching mate- rials, is done, based on which the problems are pointed out with proposal of solutions.
